Development Resource Group (DRG) is led by a trifecta of talented professionals in the industry: Principal – Robert F. Wilfong Jr., PE; J. Cameron Parker, PE; and Michael D. Oliver, PLS.
Following a trail of success working at other engineering companies, the three formed their own group in April 2019 and now have a staff of 18 of some of the best in the field.

That’s our number one priority and what has led to a lot of success with our bigger clients because they know we can handle any challenge.”

Wilfong has nearly 30 years’ experience working in the engineering field up and down the East Coast, from West Palm Beach, Fla., to here along the Grand Strand to Virginia Beach, as well as some projects in Phoenix. Originally from North Carolina, he graduated from North Carolina State University with degrees in business administration and civil engineering. In addition to serving on the Horry County Planning Commission, at one time serving as chairman, Wilfong has served on the board of the Myrtle Beach Rotary Club, Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce and currently on the Myrtle Beach Regional Economic Development Board.
