An ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey is a comprehensive boundary survey that adheres to the national standards adopted by the American Land Title Association and National Society of Professional Surveyors (formerly the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping). Specifically designed to satisfy the particular needs of lenders, corporations and title companies for the development of commercial properties, ALTA surveys impose a more stringent set of requirements than typical boundary surveys.

These survey maps use contour lines to show elevation data for all enhancements, such as streets, buildings, trees, utilities and easements.

These surveys gather details for architects, planners and engineers to be used on a construction project.

Because of our vast experience with land use ordinances, we can provide these surveys that map out boundary lines from the original property, as well as what can be built on each unit, which is extremely valuable info for both the commercial developer and city/county agency.
